Product Manager

SmartSense Solutions is looking for seasoned Product Managers with demonstrated success in B2B or consumer products to join the team and help build innovative products.

As an ambitious product leader, you will brainstorm, innovate, and execute on product initiatives that will bring surprise to our customers while delivering business value to the company.

Responsibilities:

• Research and brainstorm on new product ideas and enhancements to the existing product by interacting with customers, internal stakeholders, analyzing market research data, and doing competitive analysis.
• Support in developing the product roadmap, strategy, release planning, and Product design by coordinating with the UI/UX Team
• Discuss product feature prioritization with the internal stakeholders and accordingly coordinate with the development team to plan the feature releases.
• Building wireframes, workflow, business use cases, and high-level story writing of the features.
• Responsible for coordinating properly with Business Analysts, Project Managers and Technical Managers. Also responsible for solving doubts regarding the features to BA or any other team member.
• Strong knowledge of Product Analytics and retention tools Mixpanel, Clevertap, Airship etc. Should be able to define, track, and monitor key product metrics of your features by collecting and analyzing data from the product analytics tools on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Create and maintain the product documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Expectations:

• Experience of working closely with UI/UX team where customer experience is very important
• Experience in Edtech/HrTech/Document AI-Based product is a plus point
• Good Communication and Management skills
• A consumer-centric mindset is a must
