Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Expertise in generating sales through exceptional grip on freelancing platforms and practices to manage bids, generating leads, documentation, making proposals, customer communication, and closing sales.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, selling IT services to customers across the globe. (International sales exposure)
  • Candidate knowing Ins-Outs of IT domain sales, including knowledge of web development, mobile development, and technology stack.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in a written or verbal manner with proper soft skills to translate inquiries into new customers.
  • Experience in procuring leads, working with the team, and following sales campaigns.
  • Ability to lead the conversation with proper presentation skills.
  • Ensuring customer support on prompt responses to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of working hand to hand with marketing, payment collection, and CRM database.
