Job Summary
Qualification : B.Tech or B.E, B.C.A prior to M.C.A
- Must have experience in IT Software Industry for Business development in International Market.
- Manage the overall sales process, from qualification through closing.
- Excellent communications skills and well conversant in written and spoken English is a must.
- Should be open to shifts (UK, Australia and US Time zones).
- Self-motivated; able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Motivate and lead a team effectively to achieve stated sales & revenue targets.
- Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline.
- Understanding software development life-cycle and be familiar with the offshore model.
- Highly motivated and persistent; enthusiastic about finding new leads and prospects; able to manage own pipeline and schedule of activity.
- Build strategic relationships with assigned accounts.
