Job Summary

Must have experience in IT Software Industry for Business development in International Market.
Manage the overall sales process, from qualification through closing.
Excellent communications skills and well conversant in written and spoken English is a must.
Should be open to shifts (UK, Australia and US Time zones).
Self-motivated; able to work independently as well as in a team.
Motivate and lead a team effectively to achieve stated sales & revenue targets.
Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline.
Understanding software development life-cycle and be familiar with the offshore model.
Highly motivated and persistent; enthusiastic about finding new leads and prospects; able to manage own pipeline and schedule of activity.
Build strategic relationships with assigned accounts.

Qualification :
B.Tech or B.E, B.C.A prior to M.C.A

Experience Required :

1 to 3 Year
