The role and what we are looking for

Responsibilities:


  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential prospects through warm calls and emails
  • Present our solution to marketing qualified leads
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate next steps
  • Be the first point of contact for prospects
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives
  • Take chats, maintain the first response time, and qualify leads from chats
  • Report to the Sales Manager on sales results

Skills required

  • Proven work experience for minimum one year as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role in IT services or Software Sales.
  • Proven work experience for minimum sixmonths in SaaS based organisation.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations


KPI's you will own


  • Number of qualified meetings (demos) booked
  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Number of qualified calls booked for Account Executives
  • Number of calls made on a daily basis
  • Number of Emails sent
  • Reply rate received
  • Social Selling metrics (across LinkedIn/ Twitter / Strava!)
