Responsibilities

• Researching and contacting organizations to establish rapport and arrange meetings in line with the strategic direction of the company;
• Understand Customers requirements and raise the Customer Satisfaction Index (C-SAT);
• Analyzing Data and understanding results
• Arranging client coordination

Skills/Experience

• Should have 1-3 Years of exp. in IT sales and be reasonably persuasive in communication skills;
• Great interpersonal communication skills;
• Keen eye for spotting data trends;
• Great analytical skills;
• A keen grasp of information technology;
• Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
• Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
• Professional, able to interact with vendors/clients;
