Responsibilities:

  • Signup / Acquisition of new clients for staffing of blue-collar workers
  • Clientacquisitionfor the hiring of bulk staff for their company
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for signing up with large accounts for recruiting bulk staff in their organizations
  • Identify and develop a pipeline for large accounts, negotiate and close agreements along with the regional sales team
  • Ensure smooth transition of account to the regional team for further operations
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts in alignment with business goals
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs
  • Liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor actions and ensure other sales team members are updated on the same

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of proven experience as a Sales Manager
  • Candidates having experience in the staffing industry are preferred
  • Experience managing a high-performance sales team
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • An ability to understand sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service attitude and excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Master's degree in sales, business administration, and relevant field
