Title - Business Development Executive

Reporting To - Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling and lead generation for prospective empanelment
  • Follow up calls with the positive leads
  • Agreement negotiation and finalisation
  • Work closely with the BDM for final closures
  • On field client meetings whenever required

Required Skills:

  • Min. 1 year of B2B Sales or Corporate Sales exposure
  • Experience in Recruitment sector will be preferred
  • Freshers with MBA (Marketing) degree can also apply
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Willing to work 6 days a week
  • Flexibility in working hours

Job Location:

1108, 11th Floor, Abhishree Adroit, Nr. Mansi Crossroads, Satellite, Ahmedabad

Shift Timings:

10 AM - 7 PM (Mon-Sat)
2nd and 4th Sat weekly off

Education:

Graduation is a MUST
MBA (Marketing) candidates will be preferred


Salary : 1.50 - 2.40 LPA
