Job Summary

Opportunity:Fulltime Key responsibilities:

  • To drive business in National & International Market.
  • To coordinate sales activities and to work on back-end sales operations.
  • To work as Account Manager for smaller Account.
  • To work as a liaison between Engineering and Sales Team.
  • To direct, manage and measure activities for sales and Business Development.
  • To provide monthly updates on progress and suggest corrective actions. (Direct reporting to Director-Business Development).
  • Develop Marketing and Sales Strategies to explore new customers and customer categories.
  • Conduct and/or assist sales presentations/meetings through sales calls.
  • To report on market trends and understand process to drive efficiencies.

Capabilities:

  • Graduation (Engineering qualification preferred).
  • Minimum 5 + years of experience in Sales Management.
  • Wireless or Telecom experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a management role and in leading teams of field sales professionals.
  • Outstanding leadership skills. Should be able to align with company s culture and values.
  • Excellent communication, public speaking and negotiations skills required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • This position requires a minimum of 30% travel.
