- Understands knowhow of Software Sales (Technologies like JAVA, ERP/CRM, Mobile Applications, QA) and ability to build and drive a team to achieve Individual and Team Targets
- Expertise in organic and paid customer acquisition channels like content creation, pay per click campaigns, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Excellent skills in building and maintaining customer relationships

- Negotiating sales contracts
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Expert in managing escalation
- Experience in preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects
- Experience in building technology partnerships with giants like AWS. Azure, Odoo to increase the brand value
- Experience in managing projects and understand project management lifecycles a plus
- Proven mentor and trainer that helps team members develop their sales skills
