Job Summary
  • 10+ years of proven experience in Business Development and have played significant role in organization growth
  • Understands knowhow of Software Sales (Technologies like JAVA, ERP/CRM, Mobile Applications, QA) and ability to build and drive a team to achieve Individual and Team Targets
  • Expertise in organic and paid customer acquisition channels like content creation, pay per click campaigns, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Excellent skills in building and maintaining customer relationships
    • Creating sales pitches
    • Negotiating sales contracts
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction
    • Expert in managing escalation
  • Experience in preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects
  • Experience in building technology partnerships with giants like AWS. Azure, Odoo to increase the brand value
  • Experience in managing projects and understand project management lifecycles a plus
  • Proven mentor and trainer that helps team members develop their sales skills
