Job Position Business Development Manager

Job Timings 9:00 PM to 6 AM

5 Days Working

Roles & Responsibilities-

  • Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
  • Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities.
  • Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings.

Required Skills and Experience-

  • At least 3+ years of experience selling technology and/or software solutions in international market. (US Market specifically).
  • Must have experience in Selling IT Services.
  • Candidates from Cyber Security companies would be preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting (and exceeding) ambitious sales quotas.
  • Ability to present to, interact with, and consult with senior management at target companies.
  • Experience using industry-leading CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence, whether in leading client-facing conversations or partnering with internal stakeholders
  • Resiliency, with a willingness to learn, mentor others and receive coaching. Ability to succeed in a fastpaced, completely remote workplace.
  • Flexibility and coachability as the company continue to grow
