Job Summary

Business Development Manager

3+ years Responsibilities
  • Identify, prioritize, and target new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the target market.
  • Generate sales leads and set client meetings to develop new accounts, establish relationships, and close viable business opportunities
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare proposals adapted to clients' needs and negotiate contract terms, in collaboration with Management Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed and to clients' satisfaction.
  • Maintained accurate records of all sales activities in CRM and provided regular sales reports to management. Drive the end-to-end sales process.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and regulations affecting thepharmaceuticalsector.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Experience working in the pharmaceutical solutions industry for 3+ years.
  • Experience selling IT Solutions, Professional Services, or Staff Augmentation Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent skills in suspecting, prospecting, emailing & cold calling.
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills Strong communicator on social media (Such as LinkedIn)
