Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Selected Candidate will be responsible for Writing Proposal and customizing of the content after reviewing the requirements, accordingly, preparing the documentation, required for the business growth and systematic approach towards the achievement of the future goals.

Job Description:

  • Lead Generation through bidding channels like Upwork, Guru, Freelance, Elance, PPH etc.
  • Expertise in bidding for projects like PHP programming, CMS (WordPress, Magento etc.), Frameworks, Android, iOS, SEO and various Ecommerce platforms used in web development and Mobile applications.
  • Expertise in getting requirements from the clients till the project gets finalized.
  • Negotiation with the clients.
  • Maintaining the data and keeping track of daily reports.
  • Identifying, researching and targeting new business prospects.
  • Gaining new appointments from hot and cold leads.
  • Offering Company services via Voice/Email/Online.
  • Prepare monthly pipeline reports for management purposes.
  • Maintaining long term professional relationship with the existing and new clients.
  • Candidates should be dynamic to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets.

Skills:

  • Online Bidding / lead generation business development
  • Bidding / E - Mail Marketing project budgeting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating with clients via email / call / Skype
  • Experience / knowledge in Bidding on Upwork, Guru, Freelancer etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Should be proficient in Proposal Writing, Keeping Follow ups, Requirement Gathering
  • Excellent Writing Skills and Ability to talk to clients with confidence and conviction
  • Interact with clients for their technical requirements
  • Generating new leads & Business generation
  • Should have hands on experience of dealing with US/Europe/Australian clients
  • Should have qualities of time management and patience
  • Should have an attitude that is well approachable by client and understanding their problems
  • Candidate must have basic technical knowledge and should be familiar with IT technologies and SDLC
  • Coordination with clients and team along with timeline
  • Should be result oriented & able to work independently
